Senior iOS Engineer to join our Explore engineering team. This team
is responsible for helping our athletes to discover the world
around them. They own features like Routes, Segments and how our
users interact with Maps. You will collaborate with
cross-functional partners to design, develop, and optimize features
that impact millions of users worldwide. In addition, you'll help
shape the future of our mobile experience and contribute to the
evolution of Strava's product.We are a subscription-based,
consumer-facing business, so this role requires empathy with
Strava's community to fuel their long-term happiness as well as our
long-term business impact.We follow a flexible hybrid model that
generally translates to around half of your time on-site in our San
Francisco office-roughly three days per week.You're excited about

- Work with a team of engineers, designers, product managers and
analysts to build a safe and trustworthy experience for Strava
users.
- Help define the future of the iOS app at Strava.
- Directly impact the experience of tens of millions of
athletes.
- Work alongside a close community of peers in a hybrid work

- Mentoring other engineers and providing technical leadership to
the team through forums like tech talks.
- Using your in-depth knowledge of all things iOS to help drive
technical conversations with peers from different backgrounds,

- Have experience building iOS applications in a production
environment using Swift.
- Stay up-to-date and experiment with the latest iOS
technologies.

deliver projects that use technology to solve real business
problems.
- Enjoy working on mobile apps at all levels - from networking up
to user interfaces and everything in between.
- Have expertise in building maintainable and testable code
bases, including API design and unit testing techniques.
- Can collaborate with iOS, Android, and Server engineers in
order to ship features.
- Have experience with or are excited to learn more about
developing trust and safety solutions such as reporting,
moderation, and blocking and muting.Compensation OverviewAt Strava,
we know our employees are the most important ingredient to our
success, and our compensation and total rewards programs reflect
that. We take a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary
depending on the department and your location. Salary ranges are
categorized into one of three tiers based on a cost of labor index
for that geographic area. We will determine the candidate's
starting pay based on job-related skills, experience,
qualifications, work location, and market conditions. We may modify
these ranges in the future. For more information, please contact
your talent partner.Compensation: $160,000 to $190,000. The base
salary posted is within the compensation range for this role. This
range reflects base pay only and does not include equity, or
